Why do you want a necrotic character?: Once, it's really fun RP. Two, I think I can make a difference, even if it's a small one, to the rebel problem. I could try and keep rebels vigilant, instead of them never having any worry at all. Plus...ZombieRP...Who wouldn't want to?
