Guide:We Really Need them. Once people are accepted, they need a guide or something to help them out on understanding the rules as a vortigaunt, otherwise, people may abuse it and/or have a hard time not knowing what they need to do as a vortigaunt.

Ranking: It's not recommended, But I feel we should put some ranking into the class to balance things out.
