Requirements:
Has played on the server for at least 1+ week(s).
Active ingame, although it's nice to be active on the forums.
Has never been banned for over a day.
Application needs at least a score of 3 to be considered, that means +Supporting or -Supporting.
If you do not wish to fill out the (OPTIONAL) sections, just leave them out of the application.
One new rule we have decided to implement is that you must have gotten to know the majority of the community, you must also make sure people know who you are. You cannot apply and say "I have been playing two weeks" then not have developed your character on the server or socialized with anyone.
