Something that I'd like (My GRID units especially) is that Units make reports on things they do. This keeps things a bit organized, by whatever fraction.
A google drive/docs/whatever it's called may actually work in this sense, with only certain people given access to certain sections via Division.
Say, GRID's documents would have to be about reports on repairs that units make to general technology, or reports for project ideas that need approval from higher ranking Units.
The JUDGE documents would record interrogations, and keep files on anti-citizens/rebels.
The HELIX documents would obviously just be records of units medical history, be it operations, prosthetics, or augments.
And so on, yadda yadda. I think you get the point. It'd be nice to have our Divisionals have a bit of a foothold and see where all their units are at and what they're doing, without a mingy unit going into our offices and -pew pew-'ing all of our notepads to shreds. (Which I have witnessed....) It's just an incredibly more reliable system, to use a Google Drive as an IC CCA Network. <3
Plus, I'll get to know if a low ranking GRID unit is doing something over powered. (Which has been a problem in the past) And I'm sure that's applicable to other divisions as well.
